Senior Director, Clinical Vendor Procurement and Management

The Senior Director, Clinical Vendor Procurement and Management will lead Dianthus' clinical outsourcing, vendor procurement, and vendor governance strategy across clinical development programs to drive organizational initiatives that improve business performance, operational efficiency, and execution excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, supply chain, or a related field;
• 15 years of experience in clinical procurement, strategic sourcing, outsourcing, vendor management, or clinical operations within biotech, pharmaceutical, or CRO environments;
• Strong experience with RFP processes, contract and budget negotiation, scope of work development, and change order management;
• Solid understanding of GxP, clinical trial operations, and the financial and operational drivers of clinical outsourcing;
• Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels;
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, and drive cross-functional alignment;
