Job Description
Join Diaverum as a Clinical Application Support Specialist to deliver high-quality service to global users and foster collaboration between the Service Desk, Digital Development team, and other stakeholders. You will ensure that all support activities adhere to Diaverum’s Quality Management System (QMS) and serve as the primary point of contact for clinical application support.
Requirements
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Swedish
- Experience in software development and familiarity with CE-marked applications
- Experience in using Jira and over three years of relevant professional experience
