We are recruiting a liberal Psychologist (H/F) to offer quality care and human support to dialyzed patients in our DIAVERUM Saint-Denis perimeter.

Requirements

• Establish regular contact with patients
• Provide psychological follow-up to patients
• Help the caring team to manage difficult patients
• Participate in the reflection of the patient's personalized care project
• Participate in the works and actions implemented within the quality approach
• Participate in the therapeutic education program
• Participate in multi-disciplinary staffs
