We are looking for a commercially driven Head of Meetings & Events to lead our Meetings & Events offering and drive growth through increased share of wallet with existing customers and the acquisition of new clients.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in Meetings & Events, corporate travel, event agencies or a related industry.
- Proven leadership experience with commercial responsibility and revenue growth.
- Comfortable leading and developing teams across multiple locations.
- Strong understanding of consultative sales and complex event delivery.
- A structured leader who is a digital native and has a demonstrable track-record of improving processes and ways of working as well as automating repetitive tasks.
- Comfortable working both strategically and hands-on in a growth environment.
- Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, another Nordic language is an advantage.
