Requirements

• Senior Associates generally have four to seven years’ experience
• Passed the CPA exam or in the process of obtaining CPA certification
• Understand the Firm’s policies and procedures
• Possess technical knowledge sufficient to supervise staff accountants
• Develop quality client relationships and loyalty
• Develop a command for various accounting principles, financial reporting and auditing standards and procedures
