Job Description
The Part Time Retail Store Assistant Manager will lead the team to fulfill Blick's commitment to customers, the Arts, and local communities by exhibiting exceptional teamwork and boundless curiosity.
Requirements
- Direct and oversee the overall operations of the retail location.
- Increase sales volume and uphold customer service values.
- Maintain proper stock levels and inventory replenishment orders.
- Provide customer service and assist with Custom Services orders.
- Oversee all aspects of inventory, including vendor direct and special orders.
- Maintain company POGs and display compliance.
- Ensure compliance to all Loss Prevention and Safety measures.
- Solve associate issues and execute training for all store associates.
- Coordinate marketing programs and understand and manage the financial well-being of the store.
