Job Description
As a Real Estate Analyst at DICK'S Sporting Goods, you will manage the lifecycle of Real Estate Committee Meeting and Trip packages, work with Executive and Senior Leadership, and coordinate projects among multiple teams. You will also be responsible for creating and organizing documents, presentations, and dashboards, and entering information into Oracle Primavera and Procore.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Project Management
- 1-3 years of experience in Project Management
- Adobe Suite
- ESRI
- Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PPT)
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop)
- Microsoft Excel (advanced)
- Oracle Primavera
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to interface effectively with Executive and Senior Leadership
- Strong analysis, communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
- Ability to coordinate and manage advanced projects among multiple teams
- Willingness to work under pressure and within tight time frames; superior time management skills
- Ability to write fluently; edit for grammar, style, and data accuracy
