Job Description
As a Retail Operations Associate at DICK'S Sporting Goods, you will create an exceptional shopping experience for customers by providing excellent customer service and maintaining a well-organized store environment. You will also be responsible for processing merchandise, assisting with unloading trucks, and adhering to safety and loss prevention procedures.
Requirements
- Prior retail sales, operations, maintenance, or customer-focused experience
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up 15 to 35 lbs. items repetitively
- Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking
- Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with use of a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform
- Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously)
