Retail Operations Associate

At DICK’S Sporting Goods, we are looking for a Retail Operations Associate to create an exceptional shopping experience for customers. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sports, customer service, and operational efficiency. This role involves processing merchandise, upholding company standards, and creating an inclusive store environment.

Requirements

• Prior retail sales, operations, maintenance, or customer-focused experience
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up 15 to 35 lbs. items repetitively
• Ability to work extended periods of time standing or walking
• Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with use of a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform
