Job Description
The Retail Sales Lead Golf at DICK'S Sporting Goods is responsible for delivering the best service to customers, providing direction to teammates, and building a people-first culture in the store.
Requirements
- Flexible availability including nights, weekend, and holidays.
- Prior retail sales experience or customer-focused experience preferred.
- Golf experience preferred.
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up 15 to 35 lbs. items repetitively.
- Ability to work extended periods of time standing or walking.
- Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with use of a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform.
- Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time.
