Retail Sales Leader - Front End

The Retail Sales Leader - Front End is responsible for delivering the best service to customers and providing direction to teammates. They support building and hiring a strong team, build a people-first culture, and prioritize coaching and developing oneself and others. The role requires strong leadership traits, including ensuring accountability, customer-focus, and effective team building skills.

Requirements

• Flexible availability, including nights, weekend, and holidays
• Prior retail sales experience (or customer-focused experience) preferred
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up 15 to 35 lbs. items repetitively
• Ability to work extended periods of time standing or walking
• Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with use of a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time
