Job Description
Staff designated at Dickinson Wright PLLC as a Litigation Paralegal are under the general supervision of the attorneys to whom assigned, as well as the Chief Human Resources Officer. The essential duties and responsibilities include reviewing and analyzing matters, drafting legal documentation, and assisting with trial preparation and support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Paralegal certificate
- At least 3 years of on-the-job experience
- Proficiency in Relativity and Trial Director
- Knowledge of state and federal court rules, procedures, and e-filing requirements
- Excellent communication and proofreading skills
