Fraud Detection Analyst

We are seeking a Fraud Detection Analyst to join our team at Didi. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving and making calls to customers to validate suspicious transactions, verifying customer identity through authentication methods, and evaluating the validity of risk transactions based on patterns of behavior and system alerts. The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and provide exceptional customer service while protecting the integrity of our operations.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service and fraud prevention (credit card transactions or fraud detection)
• Ability to handle situations under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor
