We are looking for a Growth Lifecycle Specialist to lead courier operations, design processes, and lead projects to improve courier retention, acquisition, and reactivation. The role involves analyzing data, identifying pain points, and developing executable solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
- 3 years of experience in analytical roles
- Solid SQL skills for analyzing large datasets
- Good proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Clear communication and storytelling skills
