Job Description
The Therapist I, Bilingual (Spanish) role at Didi Hirsch Mental Health Services requires a full-time, hybrid employee to provide employment-focused clinical and case management services to clients with current or past mental illness. The ideal candidate will have fluency in Spanish, a degree in a relevant field, and experience working with those with a history of mental illness and/or substance use. The position offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus for external candidates and loan repayment programs.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish
- MSW, MFT, PCC, Psy.D, or related degree
- 1-2 years of experience working with mental illness and/or substance use
- Registration with BBS or Board of Psychology as an AMFT, ACSW, APCC
- Knowledge of crisis intervention and individual/family therapy, multicultural and socio-economic issues, and documentation standards
- Current California driver’s license, car insurance, and a driving record acceptable to the Agency’s insurance carrier
