Therapist I, Bilingual (Spanish)

Therapist I Bilingual, Spanish - Glendale Child & Family Services. Provides crisis intervention, conducts intake assessments, and delivers individual, family, and group psychotherapy to children and families with a history of mental illness and/or substance use issues.Uses bilingual skills to ensure effective communication and culturally responsive care for diverse populations.

Requirements

• PhD or PsyD-level clinicians strongly encouraged to apply
• Fluency in Spanish
• MSW, MFT, PCC, Psy.D, PhD degree
• 1-2 years experience working with individuals and families with a history of mental illness and/or substance use in a social service/mental health environment
• Registered with BBS or Board of Psychology
• Current knowledge of all job specific skills including crisis intervention and individual/family therapy, multicultural and socio-economic issues, and documentation standards
