As an Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our platform by turning data into insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to monitor performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and help drive initiatives that enhance the experience for both drivers and riders.
Data Analysis & Operational Insights, Reporting & Dashboarding, Local Operations & Execution Monitoring, Initiative Support & Impact Evaluation, Process Improvement, Cross-Team Collaboration
Strong interest in data and analytics, ability to interpret information and contribute to insight-driven discussions and recommendations, proficient in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools, SQL experience is a plus.
