Operations Analyst

Role Overview

As an Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for pushing the sustained growth of the DiDi Mobility rider platform in Egypt. You will collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to support data-driven decision-making and support the growth and sustainability of the active rider base.

What You Will Do

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include collecting and analyzing data, managing and optimizing incentive allocation, tracking campaign performance, and providing analytical and administrative support for cross-functional projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in a data analysis, business analysis, or similar role
• Strong analytical skills with experience in using statistical tools and software
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools
• SQL knowledge is a plus
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a rapidly changing environment
