Field Service Technician

Field Service Technician installs, debugs and provides technical maintenance for product and component hardware and software, mainly on customer premises. Provides scheduled inspection, cleaning and other services and performs minor product repairs within an assigned territory.

Requirements

• Gains familiarity with Field Service Technician practices and procedures
• Performs incident handling, hardware repairs, cleaning and adjusting of mechanical components, and configuring and installing software
• Performs preventive maintenance, refills consumables, and participates in regular hardware and software trainings
• Assists with special projects as assigned
