Field Service Technician

Diebold Nixdorf is seeking a Field Service Technician to join their team. The role involves installing, debugging, and maintaining product and component hardware and software, mainly on customer premises. The technician will also provide scheduled inspection, cleaning, and other services, as well as perform minor product repairs within an assigned territory.

Requirements

• Gains familiarity with Field Service Technician practices and procedures
• Installs, debugs, and provides technical maintenance for product and component hardware and software
• Provides scheduled inspection, cleaning, and other services
• Performs minor product repairs within an assigned territory
• Inspects products for correct operation and resolves noted issues and/or escalates according to established procedure
• Schedules services and completes all required paperwork
• Works with customers to ensure satisfaction with service delivery and understanding of product functionality
