Job Description
Diebold Nixdorf is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, debug, and provide technical maintenance for product and component hardware and software. The successful candidate will work remotely and be responsible for scheduling services, completing paperwork, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Gains familiarity with Field Service Technician practices and procedures.
- Performs incident handling, hardware repairs, and preventive maintenance.
- Installs, moves, adds, changes, and removes hardware and software products.
- Trains customers on usage and operation of installed hardware and software.
- Participates in regular hardware and software trainings.
