Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, strong skills in Power BI, SQL, Excel automation, and related BI tools. The candidate will lead the development of interactive dashboards and executive reports, design and manage paginated reports, and collaborate with business leaders to gather requirements and define KPIs.
Requirements
- Lead development of interactive dashboards and executive reports using Power BI.
- Design and manage paginated reports using SSRS and Report Builder.
- Develop optimized SQL queries, views, and stored procedures for enterprise reporting.
- Build advanced Excel models and automate reporting using VBA.
- Design and maintain robust data models using DAX in Power BI.
- Support reporting solutions within Microsoft Fabric (basic Lakehouse, Dataflow, or Workspace understanding).
- Collaborate with business leaders to gather requirements and define KPIs.
- Ensure data governance, validation, and reporting accuracy.
- Mentor junior analysts and review their deliverables.
- Improve reporting efficiency through automation and process optimization.
