Job Description
Join our team as a Chef-in-Training and gain skills in a scratch-based kitchen while working with food, developing leadership skills, and staying sharp in a fast-pace culinary environment.
Requirements
- Prep, mix, and cook vegetables, proteins, grains, etc.
- Gain exposure to different stations within the DIG kitchen
- Speak to current menu offerings and ingredients with guests
- Work to support the team during peak and off-peak service
- Help to maintain the 'A' letter grade
