We are seeking a Dishwasher/Prep Cook to join our team in New York City. This is a great opportunity to learn culinary practices and skills in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Requirements
- Wash dishes, pots, etc using dishwashers or by hand.
- Maintain cleanliness in dishwashing and prep kitchen work stations.
- Stock cleaning supplies and dishes in their respective areas.
- Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pick up areas.
- Support team members and managers with daily cleaning tasks.
- Gain exposure to different stations within the DIG kitchen.
