Job Description
This on-site crane operator position involves safely operating commercial vehicles, assisting in crane setup, performing pre- and post-trip inspections, and adhering to DOT and FMCSA regulations. The role requires long hours, outdoor work, and the potential to work with large and complex cranes.
Requirements
- Knowledge of traffic and highway safety rules.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to perform manual tasks and lift heavy equipment.
- Must be at least 18 years old with a CDL.
- Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL)
- Valid Department of Transportation (DOT) Medical Card
- Experience with crane operations (NCCCO license and applicable state license)
- Experience with Grove, Link Belt, and Liebherr cranes (preferred)
- Ability to pass a road test.
