DigiCert is looking for a detail-oriented Technical Support Engineer (German Speaker) to provide world-class support experience to German speaking customers on the DigiCert One platform via phone and email.
Requirements
- Professional working proficiency in German
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of PKI certificates
- Working knowledge of Rest API's
- Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Detailed-oriented with excellent organization skills
- Self-motivated, manage your time well, and get things done.
- Team-oriented and ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds
