Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, or business development
• Proven success in identifying, negotiating, and managing high-impact partnerships globally
• Strong understanding of partnership models across financial services, corporates, consultancies, and technology ecosystems
• Deep familiarity with sustainability workflows, supply chain transparency, and human rights compliance
• Commercial acumen with a track record of delivering financial results through strategic collaboration
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
