HR Generalist – Talent & HR Operations (SPAIN)

We are looking for an HR Generalist who is passionate about Talent Acquisition and HR operations to join our team in Madrid, Spain. The role will play a key part in strengthening our recruitment strategy and talent pipeline, helping us attract great talent while also supporting core HR activities.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition or HR Generalist roles
• Strong interest in recruitment strategies and sourcing candidates
• Experience working with LinkedIn and recruitment platforms
• Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Portuguese would be a strong plus
