Program Manager

Digital Consultants seeks a Program Manager to lead overall contract execution, operational oversight, personnel management, customer engagement, quality assurance, and delivery of enterprise-wide IT support services for AFOSI.

Requirements

• Clearance: Active Top Secret security clearance required; SCI eligibility/access preferred.
• Certifications: IAT II certification is required. PMP (preferred), ITILv4 Foundation or higher (preferred), Security+, CISSP, or CISM (preferred)
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management, or related discipline; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
• Experience: Minimum of ten (10) years of experience managing large-scale IT operations, enterprise support services, or government IT programs within DoD or Federal environments.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience managing geographically dispersed technical teams supporting classified and unclassified enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated experience managing programs involving cybersecurity, cloud operations, network engineering, systems administration, ITSM, and enterprise application support.
• Experience managing Agile and/or Waterfall projects, staffing plans, budgets, schedules, risks, and performance metrics.
