Requirements
- Working cross functionally across IT, Project, Legal Applications teams and the wider stakeholder community
- Engaging business stakeholders through demonstrating, training and coaching
- Plan, scoping and deliver people focused transformation changes
- Support and develop technical solutions and process recommendations
- Capture, analyse & document business requirements and processes
- Design and develop solutions using the existing technology stack to improve efficiency
- Lead business change impact and adoption assessments
