Job Description
Talented individuals that require sponsorship will be considered for a Legal Technology Solutions Specialist role. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert/product owner for deal management and/or contract lifecycle technologies, with experience in LegalTech support and solution design.
Requirements
- Subject matter expert/product owner for one or more deal management and/or contract lifecycle technologies
- Elicit requirements for new solutions and enhancements to existing solutions
- Act as a technical lead during the design, build and delivery phases of key internal and client-facing solutions/managed services
- Define product/solution roadmap including identifying future integration opportunities
- Manage upgrades and system testing with suppliers
- Legal Technology ambassador or advisory to advise partners, fee earners and clients on best use and configuration of systems
- Transition new technologies into operational support
- Assist with the preparation and delivery of client pitches
- Legal technology market analysis and provide insights on market trends & product evolution
- Lead pre-project evaluations, effort estimations and costings for key automation projects
- Plan, design, build and test complex automated documents and workflows
- Create, support and maintain complex deal management and collaboration solutions
- Experience in document automation and workflow automation technologies
- Experience in deal/transaction management tools and data extraction tools
- Experience of leading/coordinating technical implementation projects and of agile methodologies
