Job Description
Digital Forge is seeking a Senior Microsoft 365 and Support Services Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will guide a team of support engineers, deploy Microsoft 365 environments, and maintain Azure Active Directory environments. The role requires excellent decision-making, critical-thinking, and organizational skills, as well as experience with managing Windows and Mac Desktops.
Requirements
- Three years or more of IT support experience
- Two years of experience with managing Windows and Mac Desktops
- Excellent decision making and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines with Projects and Assignments
- Ability to learn and support new technologies and train others
