Consultant, Digital Strategy & Product Delivery

We are looking for a digital strategist to lead complex software initiatives from discovery through delivery. This role blends product thinking, agile project management, and client consulting.

Requirements

• Lead client engagements from early discovery through delivery
• Facilitate workshops to uncover business goals, operational constraints, and success metrics
• Translate ambiguity into rapid-prototype visualizations and structured requirements
• Collaborate with engineering to articulate feasibility considerations
• Define product scope and phased delivery strategies
• Own Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives
• Partner closely with designers and engineers to align on feasibility, sequencing, and tradeoffs
• Monitor delivery progress, risks, and dependencies
• Prepare executive-level updates and communicate status clearly and directly
• Support estimation and capacity planning
• Contribute to innovation; stay at the pulse of emerging tech and AI trends and contribute to internal knowledge sharing across the firm
