Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee the daily execution of federal data linkage activities, requiring strong technical expertise in record linkage methodologies and excellent project management capabilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in evaluating linkage accuracy using statistical metrics and familiarity with CMS data and federal data management requirements.
Requirements
- Strong statistical and analytical expertise
- Experience in evaluating linkage accuracy using statistical metrics
- Knowledge of probabilistic and deterministic record linkage methodologies
- Experience linking records across datasets using PII and PPRL
- Familiarity with CMS data and federal data management requirements
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Minimum 5 years of technical experience in data management or related field
- At least 2 years of experience on projects of similar size and scope
- Demonstrated experience with record linkage methodologies and statistical analysis
- Master's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field OR Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field with 2 additional years of relevant experience
- Required Certifications: One or more of the following - PMP, CISSP, CISM, or SANS GSNA
