Digital Matter is seeking a Director, Paid Social to lead strategy, innovation, and performance across paid social media platforms. The successful candidate will develop and oversee multi-platform Paid Social strategies tailored to retail client goals and serve as a trusted advisor to clients.

Requirements

• 10+ years in paid social media
• Experience in retail, fashion, luxury, or adjacent consumer categories
• Strong platform fluency across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, and X
• A structured, analytical problem-solving mindset
• Strong command of measurement and analytics
• Strong data analysis abilities
• Proven ability to lead teams and influence
