We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and results-driven Sr. Director of Paid Search to lead our Paid Search division, developing and overseeing multi-platform Paid Search strategies tailored to retail client goals.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in the digital advertising space
- 10+ years of Search experience inclusive of Google Ads/SA360 and Microsoft Advertising
- Deep expertise in Google Ads, Shopping campaigns, Performance Max, and automation tools (e.g., SA360, feed management platforms).
- Strong data analysis abilities (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and statistical analysis).
- Excellent consultative approach when developing and managing business relationships.
- Proven ability to lead teams and influence with confidence and clarity.
- Experience onboarding and training team members.
