Sr. Manager, Paid Search

Digital Matter is seeking a Senior Manager of Paid Search to lead and optimize performance across key client accounts. This role involves campaign management, data analysis, testing, client partnership, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in driving growth and transformation for clients. It’s a hybrid position based in New York City.

Requirements

• 5+ years hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Shopping, Performance Max, SA360, or equivalent)
• 1+ year of experience mentoring or directly managing junior team members
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, performance reporting)
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication skills with experience presenting to clients and internal stakeholders
