Construction Manager

The Construction Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and directing all activities related to the delivery of construction projects. This position acts as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders, including design managers, personnel, clientele, consultants, contractors, and equipment vendors.

Requirements

• 3+ years' experience in mission critical construction
• Experience as an employee of a general contractor, subcontractor or equipment vendor preferred
• Extensive familiarity and working knowledge of construction scheduling, project budgeting and cost controls
• LEED AP preferred and a plus
• Working technical knowledge of MEP systems and how data centers operate
• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field from an accredited college or university preferred
