Job Description
The Director, Hyperscale Leasing & Development serves as the business lead for assigned hyperscale development projects, with responsibility for lease negotiation, deal structuring, and development oversight.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience across one or more of the following areas: Data center development, Commercial real estate development, Asset management, Industrial or infrastructure development
- Experience overseeing large-scale, complex development projects
- Experience with lease negotiations and deal structuring preferred
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex transactions
- Ability to operate effectively across leasing, development, and investment functions
