Director, Insurance

The Director of Insurance provides enterprise-level leadership and oversight across the company's global risk-transfer strategy, ensuring that insurance programs, captive structures, and risk-financing approaches effectively protect a mission-critical portfolio of data centers and related operations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in corporate insurance, risk management, or brokerage
• Deep knowledge of global property, casualty, cyber, and construction insurance markets
• Experience influencing and overseeing large-scale insurance programs and captive structures
• Strong negotiation skills and established relationships with brokers and carriers
• Ability to interpret complex insurance language, regulatory requirements, and contractual risk provisions
• Proven leadership experience in global, matrixed organizations
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or related field; ARM, CPCU, or similar credentials preferred
