Job Description
The EMEA Compensation Lead will serve as the primary compensation advisor to HR Business Partners and business leaders across EMEA, translating global compensation philosophy into regionally appropriate practices and leading the end-to-end delivery of annual compensation cycles. The role will also focus on pay equity and regulatory compliance, program design and standardization, and analytics-driven insights to support decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in Compensation or Total Rewards
- Strong knowledge of Compensation program design and administration, Market benchmarking and salary structures, Pay equity analysis methodologies, EMEA regulatory landscape, Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities
