Senior Manager, Capital Markets

The Senior Manager, Capital Markets will support the execution of capital markets transactions and ongoing management of the company's debt portfolio, including bond and equity offerings, revolving credit facilities, and secured loans.

Requirements

• Coordinate due diligence materials for loan closings and lender KYC (Know Your Customer) requests
• Prepare quarterly lender reporting packages and calculate debt covenant ratios
• Track lender approval requirements and support approvals for non-conforming events
• Assist in coordinating construction loan draws with lenders and internal teams
• Respond to information requests from bankers, loan servicers, JV partners, auditors, and internal stakeholders
• Update quarterly debt schedules and prepare materials for earnings, board, and investor presentations
• Maintain internal capital markets trackers and documentation
• Prepare credit reviews and financial statement analysis for new and existing counterparties
