We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner to support recruitment activities across Central Europe. You will own the full hiring lifecycle, partner closely with local and regional stakeholders, and drive best-in-class recruitment experiences across multiple countries.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle, in-house recruitment experience
- Strong regional exposure within Central Europe and experience with international stakeholders
- Generalist hiring expertise across multiple functions and seniority levels
- Proven ability to source passive talent; strong LinkedIn Recruiter skills
- Experience managing external agencies and negotiating terms
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and advisory skills
- Highly organized, proactive, data-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent English and at least one Central European language; additional European languages are a plus
