Job Description
We're looking for a Junior Performance Marketing Manager to join our Digital Trendteam Rocket in Mainz, Germany. As a creative head with a data heart, you'll design and manage campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, and brief video creatives to create hooks and storylines that convert.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in Paid Social
- Agency background
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads
- Experience with GA4 and Google Tag Manager
- Ability to analyze and optimize campaign performance
- Good communication skills
