Client Delivery Manager

We are seeking a Client Delivery Manager to lead enterprise software implementations across North America, managing timelines, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 6-10+ years of experience in Project Management/Implementation roles
• Proven track record delivering enterprise SaaS implementations end-to-end
• Experience managing cross-functional teams, client stakeholders, and executive communication
• Strong experience in risk mitigation and issue resolution, multi-project management, and prioritisation
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint
