We are seeking a Client Delivery Manager to lead enterprise software implementations across North America. This is a hands-on, client-facing role focused on end-to-end delivery, managing timelines, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Lead end-to-end SaaS implementations (planning, execution, go-live, hypercare)
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and milestones
- Drive project governance, including risk and issue management
- Collaborate with consultants, solution architects, and technical teams
- Facilitate client calls, workshops, and stakeholder updates
- Deliver executive-level reporting and presentations
- Manage scope changes, competing priorities, and escalations
