Hire Digital is looking for a Field Marketer to support the growth of our business in Malaysia, working closely with Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships teams to execute marketing programs.
Requirements
- Execute field marketing programs including industry events, networking sessions, and partner activations.
- Manage end-to-end event execution (vendors, logistics, invitations, run-of-show, and lead capture).
- Support partner marketing initiatives, including joint campaigns, webinars, and co-marketing activities.
- Coordinate the development of local marketing assets, including case studies, landing pages, email campaigns, and event collateral.
- Support execution of performance and campaign initiatives through landing page coordination, tracking (UTMs), and reporting.
- Work with Sales and Partnerships to ensure lead tracking, follow-ups, and campaign performance reporting.
- 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or technology companies.
- Experience executing events, partner marketing programs, and integrated campaigns.
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Familiarity with CRM / marketing automation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment.
