SaaS Implementation Manager

We are seeking a SaaS Implementation Manager to lead enterprise software implementations across North America, with a focus on end-to-end delivery, managing timelines, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 6-10 years of experience in Project Management / Implementation roles
• Proven track record delivering enterprise SaaS implementations end-to-end
• Experience managing cross-functional teams, client stakeholders, and executive communication
• Strong experience in risk mitigation, issue resolution, multi-project management, and prioritization
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint
