SaaS Implementation Manager

We are seeking a SaaS Implementation Manager to lead enterprise software implementations across North America. This is a hands-on, client-facing role focused on end-to-end delivery, managing timelines, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Lead end-to-end SaaS implementations (planning, execution, go-live, hypercare).
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
• Drive project governance, including risk and issue management.
• Collaborate with consultants, solution architects, and technical teams.
• Facilitate client calls, workshops, and stakeholder updates.
• Deliver executive-level reporting and presentations.
• Manage scope changes, competing priorities, and escalations.
