Job Description
DigitalC is seeking an enthusiastic and capable Associate Network Field Technician to join its dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of computer and IP networking technologies, applying these skills in various field operations.
Requirements
- Build telecom cabinets, configure residential equipment, and package and label equipment for efficient deployment
- Configure equipment according to specifications and prepare it for deployment
- Assist field technicians with equipment staging, set up, and deployment, including tower and backhaul installations
- Maintain detailed records of equipment maintenance and repair activities
- Generate and provide reports for management on equipment status, usage, and maintenance
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
